Cxrus launches the all-new Bank Mandiri Corporate Website
INDONESIA, 19 March 2018 — Bank Mandiri engaged Cxrus to revamp and redesign Bank Mandiri’s corporate website – built on Liferay Digital Experience Platform (DXP). On top of having a fresh and new user interface design, the purpose of this revamp is to improve the quality of customer service via digital means. This step is carried out by Bank Mandiri to facilitate the public to interact and seek information in the website, with regards to products, services and other corporate information.

Bank Mandiri currently has 21.9 million savings customers and 1.8 million credit customers with an average visitor website of Bank Mandiri recorded at 155 thousand visitors per day.
With this new revamp and enhanced customer service features implemented, Cxrus foresees a steady growth in visitors and customer interactivity in the website.
