Cxrus Helped Nanyang Polytechnic Drive Student Admission With an Innovative Open House Microsite
Fun. Fresh. Intellectual. Cool. Trendy.

These are the words that describe Nanyang Polytechnic’s Open House 2015 microsite — featuring a completely new design that embodies all the qualities that has come to define the NYP experience.

Nanyang Polytechnic holds an annual Open House in January to drive student admission for its yearly intake. Aimed primarily at youths and young adults, they recognized the importance of having a mobile-responsive microsite that is accessible across all devices. Hence, they began looking for a technology partner to revamp the microsite, in time for their upcoming Open House on 8th to 10th January 2015.

We saw the opportunity to deliver on their needs, and stepped forward to present our digital and creative approach. With a well-thought-out design and an extensive portfolio in developing mobile-responsive website, we were awarded the project to bring the NYP experience online.

“Building human connections — that’s the concept at the heart of our design. We use a storytelling approach to create an engaging and compelling user experience, one that connects between user interaction and interface,” said Nurulaini Amin, Creative Director of Cxrus Solutions.

The project also includes a separate microsite for their Choices After ‘O’s Parents’ Seminar — an exclusive session for parents to find out more about post-secondary and post-ITE education options available for their children.

Cxrus has been playing its part in the nation’s higher education sector even before this, having successfully completed projects for National University of Singapore, Nanyang Technology University, Nanyang Academic of Fine Arts and Ngee Ann Polytechnic.
