They came from a solid engineering background. They firmly believed in the potential of open source technologies to shape the future of IT. In 1996, Alvin Teo and Chua Boon Wee came together to form their first IT company.
ALVIN TEO
Executive Director, Founder
Alvin leads the Business Solutions team in Cxrus Solutions. He holds a Diploma in Electrical Engineering from Ngee Ann Polytechnic, and his entrepreneurial success has won him the acclaimed ASME Technopreneur of the Year award in 2001.
CHUA BOON WEE
Executive Director, Founder
Boon Wee leads the System Integration team in Cxrus Solutions. He holds a Diploma in Electrical Engineering from Ngee Ann Polytechnic and is also a VMWare Certified Professional.
They work successfully together through their different areas of expertise and gained invaluable experience from the venture - from technical proficiencies to business development skills. Being entrepreneurs at heart, Alvin and Boon Wee reunited in 2003 to form Cxrus Solutions.
